Bison heart is a nutrient-rich muscle meat, a good source of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, Vitamin B6, phosphorus, iron, zinc and most importantly taurine. Our bison heart is slowly dehydrated over a long period of time. This slow process of dehydration perfectly preserves of liver without the  use of additives or preservatives. Our dehydration process removes almost all of the moisture allowing our products to be naturally shelf stable for over 2 years. As with all of our products our bison heart is human-grade and sourced from federally inspected plants. This bison heart treat is hand-made in our very own CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified plant located in Richmond, BC Canada.
