Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery

Available from Monday to Friday in downtown Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver areas (holidays excluded).

Orders placed before 11 a.m. will be delivered the same day, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be delivered on the next business day.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. If a return is made on an online order and the remaining total no longer qualifies for free delivery, the applicable delivery fee will be charged.

Shipping

We offer shipping across Canada via Canada Post, and any in-stock items are shipped the same or next business day. You can calculate shipping costs and choose from different options in the cart before checkout.

Please note, we can only ship or deliver to a verified billing address.

Pickup

We’re pleased to offer in-store pickup as an option. At checkout, simply select the store where you’d like to pick up your order. If the item isn’t in stock at your chosen location, it may take a day or two to transfer. You can use the ‘Check Store Availability’ feature when ordering, or reach out to us for assistance.

Please note, we can only release the order to the person who made the online payment. We kindly ask that you bring the credit card used for the purchase along with a valid, government-issued photo ID.
